In this vital role, you will provide dedicated support to our Italian-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our health technology products. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding technical support to Italian-speaking users via phone, email, and chat regarding health tech solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware.
  • Educate customers about product features, usage, and best practices to enhance their experience.
  • Log all customer inquiries and resolutions in the system meticulously.
  • Work closely with technical teams to communicate user feedback and resolve ongoing issues.
  • Continually update product knowledge to provide the most accurate support possible.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Experience in a technical support role, preferably within the health technology sector, is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a comprehensive understanding of technology.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a genuine desire to help.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with customer support tools or CRM software is advantageous.
  • A commitment to continuous learning in health technology is important.
