Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding helpdesk support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to software, hardware, and IT services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in the support database.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality and customer experience.
  • Provide customers with product information and educate them on effective usage.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product updates and technical advancements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer support or helpdesk roles is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for resolving technical issues.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of various operating systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve skills.
  • Valid European Passport or ID is required.
