Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional helpdesk support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical inquiries and customer issues.
- Communicate effectively with users, offering guidance and solutions in a clear manner.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records within the system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer support processes and share knowledge.
- Keep up-to-date with product changes and provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
- Prior experience in customer support or a helpdesk environment is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
- Fundamental technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to juggle multiple inquiries while maintaining a high level of quality in support.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive and service-driven attitude.
- Experience with helpdesk software or CRM systems is a plus.
