Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Italian-speaking clients to assess their IT needs and recommend effective solutions.
- Consult on technology implementations, ensuring alignment with client goals and best practices.
- Provide training and ongoing support to clients, enhancing their understanding of IT solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to relay client feedback and optimize solutions.
- Conduct workshops and presentations to educate clients on various IT products and services.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
