Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for our online marketplace.
- Address customer inquiries about products, orders, and marketplace policies promptly and accurately.
- Resolve customer issues and manage complaints effectively to foster a positive shopping experience.
- Guide customers through the marketplace, helping them understand product options and features.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for service improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and liaise with other departments to ensure efficient issue resolution.
- Stay updated on marketplace trends, product details, and industry news to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service or within marketplace environments is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team setting.
- Familiarity with online marketplace software is advantageous.
- Competence in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication platforms.
