- Engage with Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat to address inquiries related to marketplace products and services.
- Provide accurate and timely information to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring positive resolutions.
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in our database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve services and resolve recurring issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to better assist customers.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to service enhancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms and customer support tools is a plus.
