Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality mobile support to Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile applications and devices.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in a detailed manner.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the effective handling of customer issues.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and troubleshooting methods.
- Participate in training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge about our products.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support or mobile support is a plus but not essential.
- Strong interest in technology, particularly mobile applications and devices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a remote team.
- Basic understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) is desirable.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for multitasking and managing diverse inquiries.
- Must hold a valid EU Passport or ID for employment eligibility.
