Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional mobile support to Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues associated with mobile applications, devices, and service connectivity.
  • Assist users with installation, configuration, and usage of mobile apps and features.
  • Accurately document support interactions and resolutions in our customer service management system.
  • Keep abreast of industry changes and product updates to provide the highest level of support.
  • Work collaboratively with product teams to relay customer feedback and improvement suggestions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written), with English proficiency beneficial.
  • Prior experience in customer service or mobile support is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities focused on user satisfaction.
  • Capability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and work well under pressure.
  • A keen interest in mobile technology and a desire to assist customers.
  • Experience with support tools or CRM software is a plus.
