As a Multilingual Support Representative, you will assist customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience across multiple languages. Your fluency in Italian and other languages will be essential in delivering outstanding support and fostering customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian and other languages as required
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer grievances with a focus on positive outcomes
- Document customer interactions and keep comprehensive records
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service quality
- Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and at least one other language (English or another European language preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
