Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality multilingual support through phone, email, and chat to Italian-speaking customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, maintaining a positive service atmosphere.
- Educate customers on products and services, providing detailed information as needed.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Work as part of a team to drive service improvements and foster a collaborative environment.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and company policies to aid in effective customer support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer support roles, ideally within a multilingual context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications is preferred.
- Enthusiastic, with a genuine desire to assist and engage customers.
