Responsibilities
- Assist Italian-speaking customers in understanding our product offerings and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to queries and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and benefits.
- Work with the sales team to nurture leads and contribute to the sales process.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and enhancement.
- Keep up-to-date with product changes, market trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a product-related role is preferred.
- Ability to understand complex product information and communicate it effectively.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Passion for helping clients achieve their goals through innovative product solutions.
- Experience with CRM systems and online tools is a plus.
