Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding remote support to Italian-speaking clients via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
- Assist customers in understanding and utilizing product features effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall customer service quality.
- Stay updated with new technologies and product developments to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong customer focus and dedication to providing exceptional service.
