Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support through chat, email, and phone in Italian.
- Assist users with account setup, content recommendations, and platform navigation.
- Troubleshoot technical difficulties related to streaming, billing, and subscription services.
- Accurately document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to address and resolve advanced issues.
- Stay informed about the latest platform features, content updates, and market trends to effectively assist users.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Relevant experience in customer support, particularly in tech or streaming services, is preferred.
