Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers using various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues related to our products and services.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to customers to enhance their user experience.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the support system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer support or a technical support role is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software or CRM systems is advantageous.
