As an Italian Speaking Support Center Analyst, you will play a vital role in assisting our Italian-speaking clients by addressing their technical queries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities

  • Offer outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and applications.
  • Document customer interactions, ensuring accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Work closely with team members to manage and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Stay informed about product features and updates to provide relevant information to customers.
  • Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance roles is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and networking concepts.
  • Proficiency in using various support tools and technologies.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Valid European Passport or ID may be required.
