Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for Italian-speaking clients, providing expert assistance on product features and functionalities
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless implementation of solutions
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance clients' understanding and use of our products
  • Proactively identify potential issues and provide effective solutions to enhance client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback and drive product improvements
  • Monitor client health metrics to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes and identify opportunities for further engagement
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product advancements to deliver valuable insights to clients

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in a technical account management or customer support role
  • Strong technical understanding and experience with software products
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer success metrics is an advantage
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
