In this position, your primary goal will be to ensure clients fully leverage our products and solutions to achieve their objectives. Your technical expertise and client-facing skills will enable you to build strong partnerships and drive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical liaison for Italian-speaking clients, offering in-depth product knowledge and support.
- Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our offerings.
- Lead onboarding processes for new clients and oversee the seamless integration of our services.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction, address issues, and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Schedule and conduct regular meetings to review account status, gather feedback, and discuss future needs.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve technical challenges.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is a must; proficiency in English is an asset.
- Previous experience in technical account management, customer success, or relevant field is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of technological solutions and ability to effectively communicate their advantages.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Experience with CRM software and account management tools is beneficial.
