Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding technical support to Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels (phone, email, and chat).

- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate issues when necessary and ensure timely resolutions.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
