Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support to Italian-speaking customers concerning our cloud services.
- Diagnose technical issues and offer effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers in maximising the use of our products and services.
- Accurately document customer interactions and the solutions provided for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Technical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in technical support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and immerse yourself in a new culture.
