In this dynamic role, you will serve as the first line of support for our Italian-speaking customers, providing assistance and guidance with our products and services. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer service while effectively addressing queries and resolving issues. Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch Tier 1 support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve basic customer inquiries and technical issues with a customer-first approach.
- Answer product-related questions and offer prompt and accurate solutions to issues.
- Record and document customer interactions and insights to improve service quality.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to escalate complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical aptitude with a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with customer service tools or CRM platforms is a plus.
