Responsibilities
- Assist Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat with their travel-related inquiries.
- Provide accurate advice on travel options, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Resolve issues and address concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records of bookings.
- Stay updated on travel trends and company offerings to inform clients effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Prior experience in customer service or travel support is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on resolving customer queries.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and customer management tools is a plus.
