Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to VIP Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in an efficient and professional manner.
- Create personalized experiences for VIP customers based on their specific preferences and needs.
- Record client interactions and outcomes accurately in our support management system.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a cohesive VIP experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings to provide effective solutions to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially with VIP clients, is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
