Responsibilities
- Communicate with Japanese-speaking candidates to understand their skills, experiences, and career aspirations.
- Match candidates with suitable job openings in Bulgaria across diverse industries.
- Provide comprehensive support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and determine their fit for available positions.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and success in placements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate profiles with their specific needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in recruitment, human resources, or a similar field is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in assessing candidates’ qualifications and fit for roles.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
