Java + Angular (Full stack) - Senior Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java and Javascript Kafka GitHubd CICD Sonar Qube and will be proficient in English. This role involves developing innovative software solutions that align with our companys goals and contribute to societal advancements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using Java Spring Boot and Angular JS to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions that enhance user experience.
• Utilize SQL and mySQL to manage and optimize database performance ensuring data integrity and security.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain coding standards and improve code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices.
• Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.

• Mentor junior developers providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Qualifications

• Possess strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot and Angular JS with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Demonstrate expertise in SQL and mySQL with the ability to optimize database performance and ensure data security.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Show proficiency in Javascript with experience in developing interactive web applications.
• Have a strong understanding of software development methodologies particularly agile practices.
• Display excellent communication skills in English with the ability to read write and speak fluently.
• Be a proactive learner staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
