Qualifications
• +7 years of experience as Java Developer
• Possess strong expertise in Spring Boot Microservices and REST Web Services.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Core Java and PL/SQL for application development.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Show strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• 100% remote work
• ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the engineering team in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of REST Web Services to ensure seamless integration and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software products.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes and efficiency.
• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement necessary changes to meet business objectives.
• Utilize Core Java and PL/SQL skills to optimize application performance and database interactions.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate them into project strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external partners to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise.
