Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / Speech Therapist
Overview:
Join our growing team as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and provide life-changing treatment to children and adults with communication, swallowing, and speech disorders. This full-time, on-site role in a school setting offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a supportive team. H1B sponsorship is available for licensed candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
- Educate staff on the value of speech therapy and best practices.
- Provide counseling and rehabilitation for patients with communication challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and families to support patient progress.
Requirements:
Education:
- Minimum: Associate degree and/or graduation from a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) certificate program.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP roles).
Experience:
- Prior experience is preferred but not required.
Other:
- Valid SLPA certification (must be obtained before the first day of employment).
- CPR certification, TB skin test, auto insurance, and driver’s license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
