Overview:
We are seeking a driven, energetic, and self-motivated Wound Care Sales Representative to cover Bakersfield, CA, and surrounding areas. If you have a background in medical sales—or the hustle and grit to break into the industry—this could be your opportunity to make a major impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote innovative skin substitute products to physicians, clinics, and wound care centers
- Educate providers and staff on product benefits, clinical data, and billing/reimbursement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Manage your territory like a business—schedule demos, follow up, and close deals
- Work closely with back-office support to streamline onboarding and reimbursement processes
Requirements:
Education:
- Preferred background in medical sales or related field
Experiences:
- Sales experience, preferably in medical or wound care
- Existing provider relationships in the wound care space (preferred)
Other:
- Professional, persuasive, and organized—someone who follows up and follows through
- Strong communication skills

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year
