Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for an Inside Sales Representative (Garage Doors & Building Products)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join a leading garage door company serving residential and commercial customers across Greater Houston. Based in Spring, TX, this role involves handling customer inquiries, generating estimates, and closing sales. Ideal candidates will have a background in garage doors, windows, fencing, or related trades and enjoy working with contractors and homeowners on project planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and walk-in customers.
  • Provide product pricing, selection guidance, and service recommendations.
  • Prepare accurate quotes for residential and commercial projects.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with scheduling and service teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Manage leads, quotes, and customer communications in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects to drive sales and maintain pipeline momentum.

Requirements:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional technical or sales training is a plus.

Experiences:

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience (garage doors, windows, fencing, or gates preferred).
  • Experience reading blueprints or construction drawings.
  • Proven track record in quoting/estimating residential or commercial projects.
  • CRM experience is preferred.

Other:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with solid computer proficiency.
  • Must be comfortable working onsite in Spring, TX (Monday–Friday).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $50,000–$70,000 (based on experience).
