The Job
Join our Field Operations crew and help install cutting-edge safety equipment that makes communities safer. You’ll work outdoors, travel the country, and put your skills to work building, wiring, and mounting high-tech gear.
What You’ll Do
Install poles, solar panels, and batteries
Mount license plate reading cameras up to 30 ft high
Use ladders, bucket trucks, and power tools daily
Dig post holes and make light irrigation or wiring repairs
Meet with customers and complete site surveys
Drive company vehicles and tow small trailers
Submit job photos and reports via a mobile app
Follow all safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience in construction, electrical, low-voltage, or similar work
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather
Handy with power tools and basic repairs
Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical work all day
Valid driver’s license, age 21+ (for vehicle rentals)
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new tech

At Flock Safety, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. The range above is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future. This job posting may span more than one career level.
Compensation Range: $64K - $88K
