  • Support the full purchasing and contract lifecycle by identifying pain points and making process improvement suggestions based on firsthand user experience
  • Coordinate sourcing and purchasing activities for store renovation projects, including materials, furniture, interior décor, designer services, and construction vendors
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, IT, Finance, Business Units) to facilitate timely contract reviews and approvals
  • Assist with vendor onboarding by collecting documentation and inputting vendor details into internal systems
  • Participate in the development and enhancement of procurement procedures to improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain procurement logs, purchase histories, and internal records in an organized and accessible manner
  • Gather quotations, compare pricing, and support budget tracking for renovation-related expenditures

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks
  • Basic understanding of purchasing processes or vendor management
  • Fluency in Chinese and proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams
