As a Junior Conversational Designer at Sinch, you will play a critical role in crafting engaging and effective conversational experiences for various platforms, collaborating with team members to develop and refine chatbots and other solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn and grow in the field of conversational design.

Key responsibilities

  • assist in translating requirements into functional conversational experiences;
  • support research and requirement gathering with clients and end users;
  • help design user-centered conversational flows and write dialogues;
  • contribute to the identification of language localization and/or cultural adaptation needs;
  • participate in heuristic analyses of existing dialogue and flows;
  • assist in creating NLP strategies and mapping intents;
  • maintain design documentation;
  • participate in testing and iterating based on feedback;
  • support content curation for conversational flows post-launch;
  • collaborate with other designers and team members.

Requirements

  • some experience or coursework in conversational design or related fields;
  • basic understanding of design processes and best practices;
  • interest in user-centered design principles;
  • Advanced level of English;

Big Plus!

  • familiarity with design tools such as Miro, Figma, or others;
  • knowledge of NLP concepts;
