What You’ll Do

  • Assist and generate the recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent for the company.
  • Source and screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Contribute by helping in our recruitment process, creating job postings, candidate follow-up, etc.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels, such as social media, job boards, and industry events.

Requirements

What You´ll Need

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in recruitment, with affinity for the aerospace industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively conduct interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. Both speaking and writing.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • Ability to use various recruitment tools and platforms to source and attract top talent.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (in the Netherlands) to ensure compliance in hiring practices.
  • Experience in managing hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding.
