About the role

The Junior SAP S/4HANA Analyst is responsible for administering and optimizing SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP HANA DB. This hybrid, day-shift role involves managing system performance, executing SAP Basis tasks, and supporting NetWeaver ABAP and JAVA environments. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with standards, and contribute to system improvements. Required certifications include SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP HANA and SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP BTP.

In this role, you will:

- Manage and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.

- Oversee SAP BTP Administration tasks ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

- Provide expert support for SAP HANA DB Administration focusing on database optimization and troubleshooting.

- Administer NetWeaver ABAP and JAVA systems ensuring efficient operation and minimal downtime.

- Execute SAP Basis Administration tasks including system monitoring and performance tuning.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and updates.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all SAP-related activities.

- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.

- Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.

- Support end-users by addressing technical queries and providing training as needed.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP systems and processes.

- Analyze system performance metrics to recommend improvements and optimizations.

- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to safeguard data integrity.

Work model: Hybrid

What you need to have to be considered

· Bachelor’s degree

· Advanced English

· Demonstrate proficiency in SAP S/4HANA SAP BTP and SAP HANA DB Administration.

· Exhibit strong skills in NetWeaver ABAP and JAVA Administration.

· Possess solid experience in SAP Basis Administration.

· Familiarity with Finance and Accounting domain skills is a plus.

· Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
