What You’ll Do:

Be the strategic partner for key clients

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for top-tier accounts.
  • Cultivate deep relationships by understanding client goals, offering strategic insights, and providing continuous value.
  • Regularly engage in check-ins, strategic discussions, and solution-focused interactions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Deliver not just service, but tangible impact that drives client success.

Drive account expansion, not just retention

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, including untapped services or unresolved challenges.
  • Proactively pitch relevant solutions and collaborate with internal teams to bring them to life.
  • Leverage your Salesforce delivery expertise to recognize client potential and communicate in their language effectively.

Act globally, think locally

  • Work with predominantly US-based clients, understanding their business context and ensuring alignment with their objectives.
  • Hold a valid US visa and be open to quarterly travel for in-person relationship building and strategic discussions.

Ensure structure, clarity, and a client-first mindset

  • Maintain detailed and updated account plans.
  • Share actionable insights with leadership and align with delivery, pre-sales, and management teams to ensure successful engagements.
  • Anticipate client needs and keep them at the forefront of all decision-making.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:

  • 10+ years of overall experience, including 5–8 years in Salesforce delivery and account management.
  • A proven track record in growing existing accounts and uncovering strategic opportunities.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Clouds and their business applications.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, organized, and strategic approach to long-term client success.
  • Experience with account growth strategies and planning frameworks.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience across sales, delivery, and pre-sales.
  • A consultative and partnership-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing enterprise or multi-year global accounts.
  • Familiarity with subscription or usage-based business models.
  • Experience leading Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) or quarterly planning with C-level clients.
  • Background in high-growth consulting environments.
  • Track record of owning renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and account expansions.
