We are hiring a Key Account Officer to manage and grow strategic customer accounts in Iloilo, focusing on retail chains, distributors, or corporate clients in the FMCG or non-food industry. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of trade promotions and account-specific strategies in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned key accounts in the Iloilo area.
  • Develop account plans to achieve sales, volume, and growth targets.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to fulfill client requirements.
  • Monitor stock levels, order fulfillment, and promotional execution at store level.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance.
  • Resolve account-related issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in FMCG or retail distribution.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with sales systems is a plus.
  • Willing to travel within Iloilo and nearby provinces.
