Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage end-to-end processes for 4-5 key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and support.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and strong start to the relationship.
  • Client Meetings: Manage weekly or bi-weekly meetings with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and present new opportunities.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel across the region as needed for client meetings and relationship management.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services, creating tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends and competitive activities to provide valuable insights to clients and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and address any issues that arise promptly.
