Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Developer with 10 to 14 years of experience specializing in Kinaxis Supply Planning Kinaxis Demand Planning and Kinaxis Fundamentals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Planning within the Retail domain. This role operates on a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes and ensuring efficient demand planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of Kinaxis Supply Planning solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Oversee the integration of Kinaxis Demand Planning tools to ensure accurate demand forecasting.
• Provide expert guidance on Kinaxis Fundamentals to optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Kinaxis-related processes and configurations.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Kinaxis applications in a timely manner.
• Train and mentor junior developers on best practices and advanced techniques in Kinaxis.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve overall efficiency.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in supply chain management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline planning processes.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status and system performance.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Kinaxis Supply Planning Kinaxis Demand Planning and Kinaxis Fundamentals.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in Planning within the Retail domain.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Show proficiency in developing and implementing supply chain solutions.
• Have experience in mentoring and training junior developers.
• Display strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in supply chain management.
