Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Korber WMS and will be responsible for developing and optimizing warehouse management solutions. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that enhance our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient solutions using Korber WMS to optimize warehouse operations and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements and new features.
• Ensure the integration of Korber WMS with other enterprise systems to maintain seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables and system reliability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any issues related to Korber WMS applications.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations processes and user guides for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget constraints.
• Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance system utilization.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure successful implementation and support of third-party integrations.
• Contribute to the companys sustainability goals by developing solutions that reduce resource consumption and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of Korber WMS and its application in warehouse management.
• Demonstrate proficiency in software development and programming languages relevant to Korber WMS.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Have experience in system integration and data migration projects.
• Show strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
• Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
