Kronos Administrator

As a Kronos Administrator, you will be a vital part of our client's team, providing crucial support for their Kronos systems and ensuring they run efficiently and effectively across the business.

About the role

• Investigating and resolving application-related issues and technical bugs.
• Maintaining support processes and ensuring all requests are handled according to procedures.
• Documenting all technical activities and their outcomes.
• Providing technical guidance and support to staff.
• Conducting end-user training as needed.

About you

• You bring a minimum of two years of experience with Kronos (UKG Pro Workforce Management).
• Essential experience with SAP payroll and Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) interpretation.
• A solid background in service management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues and clients.
• A proven history of delivering on commitments and achieving results.
