HR Partners is seeking an organised and proactive L&D Program Coordinator to join us on a temporary basis from now until the end of January 2026 with the possibility of extension.
Working in a collaborative and supportive environment, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the smooth delivery of engaging training programs and initiatives that support professional growth across various infrastructure and defence service lines.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to "think on your feet." Experience with learning and safety management systems is highly desirable.
