Requirements
As a Launchpad Mentor , you play a pivotal role in nurturing enrolled students through a 4-week structured engagement program called the Launchpad. Your goal is to build trust, drive active participation, and generate referrals and enrollments through value-driven mentorship.
You are the link between the company’s promise and the student's long-term journey. By delivering impactful classes, managing referral workflows, and leading student-led outreach campaigns, you’ll enable our vision to expand organically through empowered students.
What Will You Do
- Onboarding & Orientation
- Welcome newly enrolled students within 24 hours of enrollment.
- Introduce the 4-week Launchpad journey and confirm class slots.
- Live & Self-Paced Class Delivery
- Conduct 3 sessions per week for each student over 4 weeks.
- Deliver live mentoring in Week 1 & Week 4; share guided self-paced tasks in Week 2 & 3.
- Host Graduation & Feedback Ceremony on the final (12th) day of the program.
- Referral Generation & Campaign Execution
- Drive referrals through 4 core channels:
- AE (African Edoofian) referrals: 4 per student during Launchpad.
- Facebook cold leads revival via student projects.
- Outreach from Launchpad Graduates (0.5 referral/month).
- School lead generation via principal calls (3 daily).
- Follow-Up & Relationship Management
- Continue connecting with graduates every 30 days for 6 months post-graduation to collect feedback and referrals.
- Identify and nurture 1 top-performing graduate monthly as a Student Ambassador.
- Campaign Coordination
- Distribute and monitor Facebook cold leads to students in Week 2.
- Track referral forms and follow-ups with AE students.
- Ensure CRM and tracker hygiene across all engagement activities.
- Daily Operations
- Share day plan and day-end report.
- Clear pending chats and update referral/class/task sheets.
- Schedule and manage 5 class slots and principal calls.
