We are looking for a Full Stack Senior Developer / Technical Lead (.NET & Angular) to join our fast-paced, dynamic environment starting in September 2025. You will lead the modernization of an existing application, starting with enhancements on the current platform and transitioning into a full rebuild using Angular v19 and the latest .NET technologies. This is a high-impact role where you will set the technical direction, mentor a growing team, and collaborate closely with the client’s CTO to deliver a cutting-edge solution.

Location: Must reside and have work authorization in Latin America.
Availability: Must be available to work with significant overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST).

The Ideal Candidate Has:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of full stack development experience.
  • Proven technical leadership experience guiding teams through large-scale application rebuilds or digital transformations.
  • Expertise in .NET (Core/5/6/7 or higher) and strong proficiency with Angular (experience with multiple versions, ideally including Angular v19).
  • Hands-on experience with Bootstrap and other UI frameworks.
  • Strong architectural design skills, including designing scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and setting best practices for coding standards and DevOps processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (C1 preferred, strong B2 may be considered).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development efforts on an existing Angular/.NET application, transitioning into a full rebuild with Angular v19 and modern .NET frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the client’s CTO to define architecture, development standards, and project roadmap.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a high-performance team culture.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices for quality, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Design and implement high-quality, reusable components for both front-end and back-end systems.
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Participate in performance optimization, troubleshooting, and technical decision-making.
