Lead Integration Developer – Mulesoft & .NET

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Developer with experience in Mulesoft and .Net to drive innovative solutions in a hybrid work model. With a focus on Retail Banking you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital offerings. In this role, you will:

· Lead the implementation of API-led connectivity using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and .NET frameworks.

· Define reusable integration patterns and API specifications (RAML/OpenAPI).

· Build and manage APIs and microservices using MuleSoft (Mule 4.x, DataWeave) and .NET (C#/.NET Core).

· Integrate cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Salesforce, SAP) and third-party systems.

· Oversee CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.

· Establish API governance, lifecycle management, and analytics.

· Implement security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SAML, SSL/TLS).

· Drive API monetization and consumption strategies.

· Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and DevOps teams.

· Troubleshoot production issues and ensure minimal downtime.

· Continuously improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.

What you need to be considered:

• Possess a strong background in Mulesoft and .Net technologies with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience in Cloud, API Management, API security solutions, SOA, ESB, REST and Microservices architecture.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
• Show proficiency in agile development methodologies with experience in collaborative team environments.
• Have strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.

Certifications Required

Mulesoft Certified Developer Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer
