1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
Job Description:
Organize and coordinate new equipment installation, documentation, and training.
Ensure maintenance data records are maintained for CPS report out to upper management every week.
Must be able to lead and train technical employees to Utilize Preventive Maintenance as the Proactive means of controlling Machine Up/Down Time.
Follow proper safety guidelines including Point-of-Work risk assessment and lockout/tagout
Perform routine oil filtration / oil removal and filter change on all equipment at the HPMP Facility.
Practice Oil Analysis Management for all required equipment. 
Knowledge of the basic principles of how the machinery/equipment/ tools work.
Skilled & knowledge on electrical principles of three phase, motors (linear, servo, AC Induction, DC motor) and able to diagnose and troubleshoot any technical problem on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Skilled & knowledge on electronic principles and able to interpret blueprint and schematic component and troubleshoot on the problem all HPMP equipment.
Skilled & knowledge in performing troubleshoot with ladder diagram and diagnose any technical problem on PLC control of CNC machines
Skilled & knowledge in PM program and importance of accurate and timely PM tasks
Skilled & knowledge in performing on the installation of new manufacturing equipment.
Position Expectations:
Holiday planned maintenance / projects
Unplanned major machine repair - emergency issues
Take ownership of projects, plan participation, and identify special needs
Support repair / project scheduled
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
Industrial Maintenance degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school
Ability to train and teach all levels of expectations within the team
Flexibility to work 2nd and 3rd shift when needed
What to Expect After Applying:
Pay Range is $30.75/hr - $38.35/hr.
