Available Shifts:
1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm Monday - Friday
3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am Sunday - Thursday
Job Description:
Lead off shift team in changes and hot runner rebuild in the plastics area
Lead off shift team in mold changes and cold runner block rebuilds in the rubber injection area
Lead advanced troubleshooting skills in all areas of Mold Repair
Fully capable of training Mold Repair Level II & III associates
Minimum 2 years experience as Mold Repair Level III or equivalent leadership experience
Extensive experience with rubber injection molding, manufacturing / operations, fork truck and leadership / training
Desired Qualifications:
Capable of safely operating up to a 15,000 pound capacity fork truck
Leadership / training experience
Focus on safety and quality
Respirator qualified
Be receptive to ideas
Lead and follow with respect
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
High school education and previous experience preferred.
Proficient in all areas of Mold Repair Level III

Applicants that meet the qualifications will receive a call from our talent acquisition team to talk through your qualifications and answer questions you may have.
Applicants that have passed the phone screen will be sent an online assessment that can be taken from your phone or computer.
On-site interviews will be scheduled for candidates that pass the phone screen and the online assessment.
Pay Range is $26.40/hr - $32.90/hr.
