We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Test Lead

Responsibilities

· Lead the testing efforts for automotive projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.

· Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases using TypeScript Cucumber Java and Python.

· Provide expertise in Selenium and JavaScript for automated testing solutions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive web services testing.

· Analyze test metrics and reporting to identify areas for improvement and ensure project success.

· Utilize SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira for efficient test management and tracking.

· Conduct manual E2E business process assurance to validate system functionality.

· Implement testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

· Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices within the automotive domain.

· Develop and maintain documentation for test processes and outcomes.

· Communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.

· Mentor and support junior testers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

· Drive innovation in testing methodologies to improve overall project quality. Qualifications

· · Possess strong technical skills in TypeScript Cucumber Java Python Selenium and JavaScript.

· Demonstrate proficiency in web services testing and test metrics reporting.

· Have experience with SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira for test management.

· Exhibit knowledge of manual E2E business process assurance in the automotive industry.

· Show understanding of testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing processes.

· Display basic programming skills to support test automation efforts.

· Bring a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
