About the role:
As a Lead SAP GRC Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding enterprise systems by implementing robust SAP Security protocols and driving compliance across Health & Safety and Production Planning & Control functions. Operating fully remotely during day shifts, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional groups to deliver secure, compliant, and high-performing architectures that align with business objectives.
In this role, you will:
Oversee the deployment of SAP Security protocols and GRC Access Control to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Partner with Health & Safety and Production Planning teams to align SAP solutions with operational and safety standards.
Design, develop, and maintain ABAP Authorization objects to support secure and efficient business processes.
Provide expert guidance on SAP enhancements, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure seamless system integration.
Conduct audits, identify vulnerabilities, and implement corrective actions to strengthen system security.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to ongoing SAP process enhancements and documentation.

Extensive experience in SAP Security and GRC Access Control.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $102,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
