Requirements

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with strong experience in building scalable web and mobile applications using the MEAN or MERN stack. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance solutions while leading end-to-end development efforts and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and high-performance web and mobile applications.
- Implement performance optimization strategies to ensure low-latency, secure, and responsive applications.

- Lead and manage development workflows including code versioning, testing, CI/CD, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SMEs, DevOps, QA, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements for system reliability and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes by adopting modern engineering practices and tools.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and proactively suggest their integration when appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
- Strong programming skills in MEAN or MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular/React, Node.js).

- Experience in building scalable RESTful APIs and optimizing back-end performance.

- Proficiency with RDBMS like MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

- Working knowledge of Python or Ruby is a plus.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools : Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and understanding of cloud-native app design.

- Sound knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and basic Kubernetes concepts.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with estimation and sprint planning participation.
