Job Summary

As a Lead Visual Designer you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that enhance user engagement and experience. You will leverage your expertise in gamification visualization and multimedia design to deliver innovative solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will ensure that design projects align with business objectives and are executed within budget and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of visual content across various platforms including print media interactive PDFs and infographics.
• Oversee video and photo shoots to ensure high-quality output that aligns with brand standards.
• Develop engaging animations and graphics using tools like Vyond and Adobe Captivate.
• Manage project costs and budgets effectively to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
• Execute design projects from concept to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Utilize gamification techniques to enhance user engagement and interaction.
• Create visually appealing presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate ideas effectively.
• Implement user experience and prototyping skills to refine design concepts and improve usability.
• Coordinate with program execution teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Use Lectora and Articulate for e-learning content development enhancing educational experiences.
• Apply audio editing skills using Audacity to produce high-quality soundtracks for multimedia projects.
• Stay updated with the latest visual design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in visual design elements and fundamentals.
• Demonstrate proficiency in tools such as Vyond Adobe Captivate and MS PowerPoint.
• Have experience in project stakeholder management and program execution.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
• Show expertise in gamification visualization and multimedia design.
• Have a good understanding of user experience and prototyping.
• Be adept at managing project costs and budgets effectively.
