Job Title: Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt

Salary: £55,500 - £68,000 depending on background

Contract: Full time & permanent

Location: Desford, Leicestershire

The Opportunity:

As a Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt, you will lead, manage, and support projects related to process and product improvements using Lean, Six Sigma and project management methodologies to achieve business goals. You will support the general strategic management of the Order to Delivery regional leadership team and ensure that work is organized and delivered on time through a properly formed governance structure.

What you will do:

As a Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt, you are accountable for, but not limited to:

• Designing and developing Six Sigma programs, including supporting systems and tools, for quality and business process improvement.

• Leading and managing Six Sigma project portfolios to achieve measurable business process improvements.

• Managing and leading the review and delivery of the BCP Eastern regional strategy projects

• Communicates confidently with senior stakeholders, adapting style to suit different audiences and build strong working relationships. Collaborates effectively across teams to support shared goals.

• Organises and tracks project actions with accuracy, maintaining clear oversight of progress and priorities. Applies structure to ensure timely delivery of improvement initiatives.

• Applies analytical thinking to assess information, identify patterns, and support decision-making. Evaluates options critically to help solve problems and improve outcomes.
